AI keynotes and workshops for your event

We build AI systems for Swiss SMEs, associations and public authorities – and show on stage, in workshops and at customer events what actually works in practice. Practitioners rather than professional speakers: no slideshow about the future, but examples from projects that are in live operation.

Formats: from a 15-minute talk to a full workshop day

Every format serves a different purpose. Tell us how much time you have and who will be in the room, and we will propose the right one – even if that means recommending the shorter option.

30–45 minutes

Keynote

A stage talk for conferences, annual meetings and customer events: one clear storyline, a live demo and a concrete recommendation at the end.

15–20 minutes

Short talk

A concise opener for executive and board meetings, association events or as the start of a panel discussion.

Half or full day

Workshop

Hands-on work with the participants' own processes: collect use cases, assess them and try them out with real tools. Ideal for 8–16 people.

2–3 hours

Ideation session

A facilitated search for use cases: where does AI pay off in your organisation, and where does it not? The result is a prioritised list with an assessment of effort and benefit.

As scheduled

Panel & moderation

Participation in panel discussions or moderation of a themed session – including preparing the questions with your programme team.

Internal

In-house training

Teams and managers learn to use AI tools safely: which data may go in, which must not, and which results always need to be checked.

Where we have spoken

From a packed conference hall to a small-group workshop – a selection of our appearances:

Why this matters for your audience

Our examples come from live projects: the AI assistant JANA at the Schaffhausen employment office, which SECO has reported on, the AI-supported dental emergency service of SSO Section Schaffhausen, and our own products for transcription, telephony and internal AI platforms. The business magazine BILANZ and the Kaufmännischer Verband have written about our work.

Topics we can speak about because we have built them

Is there a different topic on your programme? Tell us what the audience should take away. If we cannot contribute anything substantial, we will say so.

How a booking works

  1. Enquiry – date, location, time slot, audience and preferred format in a few sentences. You will hear from us within two working days.
  2. Briefing call (20 minutes) – who will be in the room, what they already know and what should be different afterwards.
  3. Quote and abstract – a fixed-price quote plus title, abstract and short bio for your programme and communications.
  4. Tailoring – we adapt the examples to your industry. On request, we speak to two or three participants beforehand.
  5. Delivery and follow-up – the talk or workshop, followed by the slides as a PDF and written answers to questions left open in the room.

Frequently asked questions

What does a talk or workshop cost?

The fee depends on the format, the preparation effort and travel time. After a free briefing call, you receive a fixed-price quote with no hidden items. For associations, municipalities and non-profit events, we can usually find a solution.

How much lead time do you need?

Four to six weeks is ideal, so that we can tailor the examples to your audience. Short-notice requests are possible – if there is not enough time to prepare properly, we will decline rather than deliver something generic.

Which languages do you speak?

English and German, and Swiss German on request. Handouts can be produced in two languages.

Is this a sales pitch in disguise?

No. The talk is vendor-neutral and also covers tools that are not ours. We only show our own products if you explicitly ask for it, for example at a customer event.

Where do you travel?

Anywhere in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and to the rest of the DACH region on request. Online delivery via Teams, Zoom or Webex is also possible, although workshops work much better on site.

May we record the talk?

Yes, by prior arrangement. You receive the slides as a PDF for internal use. Before anything is published, we check the material together, as some client examples are confidential.

What do you need on the technical side?

A projector with an HDMI or USB-C connection, sound for video demos and, ideally, stable Wi-Fi for live demos. Without internet access, we show recorded demos – the talk works either way.

How large can a workshop group be?

Eight to sixteen people works best. For larger groups, we either split into sub-groups or recommend a talk followed by an extended Q&A.
